They dont answer any calls ever Ive been on the waiting list for close to 2 years Ive waited for as long as theyve told me to wait and then some and now they just dont answer calls period or get back to you with a follow up if you leave your info

These apartments are extremely oppressive and attempt to enforce rules and regulations that go against a person's fundamental rights to have guests, express themselves, and speak honestly. They dictate who you can or cannot associate with and require you to quit smoking to inhabit the premises. This is all for low-income apartments that can only be lived in if you meet a certain income criteria. It's almost like living under a totalitarian housing authority. After fifteen years of living there, and multiple apartment moves, my family member was barred from the property for coming to visit me every day. They don't live there, they were merely helping an elderly woman. That is their job. To make sure I'm doing okay. The management enforced this, and when the police were there, they didn't let me say a single word in their defense. They simply dismissed an elderly lady with their discourteous and unprofessional behavior. It was evident that they didn't want to listen to anyone else's opinion. It's truly sad when an elder person can't even have family over. Someone should inform the media of this unreasonable and controlling behavior. more ... hide ...

MORE AFFORABLE APARTMENTS HENDERSON, NV 89015

	HORIZON PINES SENIOR APARTMENTS (2.4/5) (702) 565 - 8165 GREEN VALLEY S, HENDERSON , NV 89015 Housing types: Low Income Apartments buildings / Section 8 vouchers accepted Dyl (3.2/5) Management at this place is terrible. When I moved my mother out after COVID, did a walk thru and asked if there will be any fees for ending the lease early we were told no because they already have someone to move in A Management at this place is terrible. When I moved my mother out after COVID, did a walk thru and asked if there will be any fees for ending the lease early we were told no because they already have someone to move in ASAP. To our surprise, my mother was charged a $1000 fee. Fine so we will pay it. The catch is, they have been sending the invoice to the apartment she moved out of after we gave management the keys and forwarding address. Since the mail was being forwarded it took over a month to get to the new address. At that point management sent my moms account to collections. Now we are dealing with collectors that want over $500 more for the account being delinquent. My advice, dont use Navada Hand management and dont stay at Horozon Pines Apt.
