We try to be respectful and calm when talking to her, but she will still come back with tart replies. For example, a letter wasn't sent to the residents informing them of the new online system for maintenance requests, which is why people keep calling the office. Whenever you explain the situation to her, she will ask questions like, "What do you mean?" or "Where is the issue coming from?" It's as if she is always angry in her position. If she doesn't like her job, then she should find another one. Previous management was very kind. We hope the current manager can fix her attitude or be removed from her role.
