I have many grievances with the neighborhood. During my time here, I saw delinquents throwing rocks at windows, pulling fire alarms, riding their bikes in the parking lot, car vandalism, tires being slashed, a kid jumping on my car and scratching it, stealing my hubcaps, and someone breaking into my apartment on Halloween and stealing all the candy. Additionally, there were pest issues with mice and roaches, trash being left outside the dumpster, and the biggest issue of all- a broken AC. Even now, I still hear people complaining about the AC. The management are being cost-effective by not refurbishing the community, and they even outsource a non-profit to run the community center. Compared to other complexes like Little River Sq condos, Parliaments and Vistas of Annandale, this management is lagging behind. more ... hide ...

I have lived in this complex since 1994 and have seen several changes in management This particular management group has no regard for the safety and comfort of the residents The air conditioning unit for the complex suffered several leaks since tr I have lived in this complex since 1994 and have seen several changes in management This particular management group has no regard for the safety and comfort of the residents The air conditioning unit for the complex suffered several leaks since trying to turn it on on Monday May 16 They tried several days to fix the unit to no avail They sent a letter to all residents late on Friday saying they were trying to do everything possible to fix the unit It is now Saturday evening and we still have no air And they did not work on it this weekend We are a diverse community and we have many elderly residents like me The heat has been unbearable and dangerous this weekend I guess they wont be concerned until someone dies from heat exhaustonThis is a complex owned by Fairfax County by the way I suppose they do not care either and may not even know about our situation And unfortunately this is not the only time this has happened It is a repeated issue And of course our rent goes up every year Im sure we would be evicted if we held rents back Sweltering here in Annandale more ... hide ...
