I've been living here for two years now and I am very content. The inhabitants are friendly, the district is neat and the office personnel are attentive and caring. I don't go to the office much, but when I do, I am always welcomed with a grin. The sI've been living here for two years now and I am very content. The staff is very hospitable. I moved from another apartment that was very nice and bigger, however, I do not have any regrets about relocating. Dwelling here is secure and tranquil. Although I had to compromise on space by moving here, I'd rather have peace of mind and remain in a place where my children are secure. I am so delighted living in this community.
There are two things I would like to see altered and that is having more dumpsters. The community is a decent size and two dumpsters for everyone to share is not ideal. Having to march in inclement weather is something I am not pleased about, nor do I like having to put garbage inside my car. There should be a dumpster in each section. Finally, having maintenance arrive on weekends when the lavatory is blocked up would be great. Having two lavatories should not be a reason to have to leave excrement or urine in the toilet for the entire weekend. It is convenient for maintenance but not for the residents.
On a positive note, when I signed up for a second year, they put in a ceiling fan in my bedroom and they did a terrific job! I absolutely adore itmore ...hide ...

I lived at Shorehaven Apartments for 1 year. I was desperate to find an affordable place for me and my 2 kids on relatively short notice. Shorehaven is the gem tucked away. The office staff were so gracious and informative. The maintenance staff were polite, professional and promptly took care of anything that was wrong/broken (which wasnt much). The apartments and grounds were well maintained and upkeep inside and out was great. I lived in 2901. I was lucky with my neighbors as everyone in my building was respectful with regard to noise and kept the building free of trash. The only issue I had was the neighborhood itself which is no fault of Shorehaven. The surrounding neighborhood is not safe and is grungy. I was lucky to be able to purchase a home in a safe neighborhood for my children but I will always be grateful for the time at Shorehaven providing an affordable place for us to live and the pride that Shorehaven takes in its complex. We applied 2 months ago, they told us 2 weeks before move in (after approving us) that we can€™t move-in because we made too much money despite having our proof of income for over 2 months.
