I've been living here for two years now and I am very content. The inhabitants are friendly, the district is neat and the office personnel are attentive and caring. The staff is very hospitable. I moved from another apartment that was very nice and bigger, however, I do not have any regrets about relocating. Dwelling here is secure and tranquil. Although I had to compromise on space by moving here, I'd rather have peace of mind and remain in a place where my children are secure. I am so delighted living in this community. There are two things I would like to see altered and that is having more dumpsters. The community is a decent size and two dumpsters for everyone to share is not ideal. Having to march in inclement weather is something I am not pleased about, nor do I like having to put garbage inside my car. There should be a dumpster in each section. Finally, having maintenance arrive on weekends when the lavatory is blocked up would be great. Having two lavatories should not be a reason to have to leave excrement or urine in the toilet for the entire weekend. It is convenient for maintenance but not for the residents. On a positive note, when I signed up for a second year, they put in a ceiling fan in my bedroom and they did a terrific job! I absolutely adore it more ... hide ...
