Two stars are due to the presence of a nice park for children, a basketball court and paths to wander. However, the office staff acts as if they have no concern. It took a long time to have phone calls returned or answered regarding upkeep. Emailing Two stars are due to the presence of a nice park for children, a basketball court and paths to wander. However, the office staff acts as if they have no concern. It took a long time to have phone calls returned or answered regarding upkeep. Emailing Sandra with a simple inquiry was met with an insulting and patronizing tone that was totally unprofessional and obnoxious. Four voice messages have been left with the corporate office, and still there has been no response for over a week. This location gives the impression that they simply do not care. I have never witnessed something like this before. My apartment was deteriorating and I had to ask for repairs numerous times, only for it to break down or fall apart within a couple of weeks. These apartments are inexpensive but contain mold. Do yourself a favor by examining other low-priced apartments in the locality. There are much better and more current ones in Loudon County and it wouldn't be difficult to discover a place where the staff are actually friendly and act like they care.more ...hide ...
