I rate 2 because the place was nice the cleaning could be better or new carpet the thing that was the worse was the fire drills I recommend having a card to get in the building or a key but overall it was all right

I been living here since January 2021 So far I have had a great experience From making the appointment to come see the apartment to moving in Selcuk has been so helpful and understanding The day I was going to come and take a tour it snowed and I did I been living here since January 2021 So far I have had a great experience From making the appointment to come see the apartment to moving in Selcuk has been so helpful and understanding The day I was going to come and take a tour it snowed and I did not feel comfortable driving He gladly move the appointment for me Once I got here to take my tour he showed me several apartments From the midrise to the garden style I am in right now He also worked with me when I changed my move in date last minute Once moved in I have a few things I needed to get fixed Lights and things like that living to the top floor I cant change the bulb maintenance came FAST To be honest The whole front office has been super helpful when I had an issue with my child and I was shocked that they respond the way they did In my book that is a PLUS That shows that they do care about the residents Over all these apartments are affordable and in a great location more ... hide ...

Very comfortable place to live calm and very good people I would recommend this place to any family or person interested in being close to the city of DC and southern Maryland to have good prices on their apartments
