I stayed there for 5 years Never really had a issue besides they couldnt keep a maintenance man i recently moved out on 13121 and waited for my security deposit to only be 389 returned back to me I understand the units are income based but they know I stayed there for 5 years Never really had a issue besides they couldnt keep a maintenance man i recently moved out on 13121 and waited for my security deposit to only be 389 returned back to me I understand the units are income based but they know its going to have some wear and tear mind you the repairs was always cheap so they could over charge Charging 50 a picture hole Its an apartment that YOU make HOMEHonestly Im glad Im out of there and they could have kept that 389 The piece of paper is worth more than that Ill never recommend this place to anyone more ... hide ...

Lived there three years had three floods first wasnt too bad but American Restoration still had to put fans and dehumidifiers in my apartment second flood over half the apartment had to be gutted as well as fans and dehumidifiers damage was so bad I Lived there three years had three floods first wasnt too bad but American Restoration still had to put fans and dehumidifiers in my apartment second flood over half the apartment had to be gutted as well as fans and dehumidifiers damage was so bad I had to move third flood apartment above me let sink over flow once again American Restoration brought out fans Finally moved and they charged me 89650 in regular wear and tear on a apartment that wasnt even properly cleaned when I moved in Needless so say I DO NOT recommend this place more ... hide ...
