People have told me I am in the wrong neighborhood and I have had to call the police too many times. My landlord even tried to evict me because of my complaints and I am addressing this issue. The living conditions are terrible; there was mold due to a leak in the apartment upstairs that wasn't dealt with for months, and the hallway was like a swamp from a leak that took a week for them to clean up. I don't even stay home anymore because it is not a suitable place to live, especially if you have children. I heard about a woman who moved here and had a son; he was jumped and robbed of his bike by the boys in the neighborhood and they moved within three days. It is very sad that the landlord allows such behavior. I found a new place, moved out, and left the dump for the landlord. Do not go near this place! more ...
