To begin the office staff sincerely cares about their property and the tenants within it I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and their willingness to help even through multiple events outside of their controlnnWith that said I am giTo begin the office staff sincerely cares about their property and the tenants within it I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and their willingness to help even through multiple events outside of their controlnnWith that said I am giving this 2 stars mostly due to the area This is obviously outside of the landlords control but I would not label the surrounding communities of the Flats as safe Im someone who grew up around hearing gunshots regularly so Im unbothered But that may be jarring to anyone considering living here since Ive frequently heard them in neighboring communities Thats not to mention the other crimes that occurnnThere has also been a roach issue in our apartment It has been dealt with but I believe there was miscommunication before with their contractor which elongated the process to get it handled promptly and that happens because were all human and mistakes are made sometimesnnTo add I wouldnt say you necessarily have to worry about noise complaints Though there are of course the few tenants who yell and more often than not speak profanities On top of this there do seem to be a lot of children in this development Nothing wrong with families though it can be an annoying thing to an individual who prefers near constant peace and doesnt necessarily want to live around children So if you are that type of person that may be something to considernnIn terms of my interactions with most tenants it has been positive and healthy There may be language barriers due to the nature of community demographics but that doesnt mean that you wont be greeted with a warm smile whenever you get home from work by a neighbor who is outside enjoying the daynnIn conclusion this can be a good shortterm budget decision I would give management a few more years to get things really rolling and hopefully the surrounding communities can be shaped up as wellmore ...hide ...

Office staff is very welcoming Shatoria did our tour on Monday and it was great we viewed several apartments she was going the extra mile and we really appreciate her patience
