I give Plaza Terrace Apartments four stars I never had no problems with them or whatever the young lady that works in there people say that shes disrespectful hateful and all but not towards me she wasnt I reckon if you go in with attitude you going I give Plaza Terrace Apartments four stars I never had no problems with them or whatever the young lady that works in there people say that shes disrespectful hateful and all but not towards me she wasnt I reckon if you go in with attitude you going to feel that she has an attitude towards you The only problem I had is that they didnt have the washer and dryer hookups but she explained to me with a nice attitude and I respected that so that was really no problem and I will recommend anyone put an application in if they have any vacancies but dont look for any washer and dryer hookups thats the only problem I wish I had my application fee back lol more ... hide ...

The maintenance dude mentioned something about the previous tenant having issues with AC. So, due to this, I had to go a week without AC. The second time, there was an excuse of death in the family (which is understandable). Again I ended up spending a weekend without air conditioning as he is the only one who handles such jobs. When it happened for a third time, I almost got really angry. On Friday evening when I visited their office Alex (the manager) asked me what made me more special than all the other 8 complaints ahead of me! People with kids should be given priority when it's over 100°F outside! It felt like he hadn't even taken my complaint into consideration as Thursday evening itself I had informed them about this issue but on Saturday nothing was done yet! Even though there's no pool here and my apartment is on 3rd floor facing sunnyside; still balconies can't be opened due to hornets and water bugs coming in! Although location wise it's great but management isn't providing much sympathy towards tenants!. After looking at reviews online; now regretting my decision of moving here once again!
