Im going to start by saying it takes ALOT for me to write reviews But my experience here has been so horrendous that if I can help 1 person avoid this place then itll be worth it Im currently 25 months into my lease and regret my move here everyday IIm going to start by saying it takes ALOT for me to write reviews But my experience here has been so horrendous that if I can help 1 person avoid this place then itll be worth it Im currently 25 months into my lease and regret my move here everyday If most of you are like me youre considering this place based on price and locationnnPrice For accurate budgeting expect the high end of the price range on their website If the unit you want says 760905expect to pay 905 PLUS the mandatory cable fee of 85 each month leaving you at 990 not incl your water usagennLocation youre in the hood Simple and plainnnMaintenance my maintenance guy and I know each other on a first name basis at this point Literally since day 1 Ive submitted work orders for numerous issues Bugs AC x 4 water leaks etc Out of frustration I even reached out to the housing authority to file a complaint Most of these units are just outdated and overpricednnStaff Corporate the staff is cool when can catch them They never answer the phone and theres always a new face in the office so I know the turnover is high Theyre also always on edge from dealing with irate tenants dailynnTheyre also shady as hell Recently they randomly increased their mandatory coverage for renters insurance from 100k to 300k but thats not the kicker If the change isnt made to your policy in a week then theyre going to charge a 500 fee And they conveniently left that part out of the notice Luckily I asked and they told mennAmenities the updated units are nice The gym is only open during business hours so if work a MF 85 good luck Havent made it to the pool yetnnIn my unbiased opinion this place is going to be worth the price or the stress Avoid if you can or youre going to be up at 6am writing a lengthy review in efforts to warn the next soulmore ...hide ...

My contract stated that central air and heat were included. The first time, I had difficulty getting hold of the office because the weekend came before I could reach them. The maintenance dude mentioned something about the previous tenant having issues with AC. So, due to this, I had to go a week without AC. The second time, there was an excuse of death in the family (which is understandable). Again I ended up spending a weekend without air conditioning as he is the only one who handles such jobs. When it happened for a third time, I almost got really angry. On Friday evening when I visited their office Alex (the manager) asked me what made me more special than all the other 8 complaints ahead of me! People with kids should be given priority when it's over 100°F outside! It felt like he hadn't even taken my complaint into consideration as Thursday evening itself I had informed them about this issue but on Saturday nothing was done yet! Even though there's no pool here and my apartment is on 3rd floor facing sunnyside; still balconies can't be opened due to hornets and water bugs coming in! Although location wise it's great but management isn't providing much sympathy towards tenants!. After looking at reviews online; now regretting my decision of moving here once again! When lease ends this time around Im gonna look formore ...hide ...
