Wish I can give half a star those 5 star reviews are all lies this place is bad they dont care about no one but there rent there units are old Ac dont cool if you have an upstairs lots of roaches waited almost 4 months for pest control the pool has n Wish I can give half a star those 5 star reviews are all lies this place is bad they dont care about no one but there rent there units are old Ac dont cool if you have an upstairs lots of roaches waited almost 4 months for pest control the pool has never been open at all but they claim its broken pipes sure I lived here for more than 4 years and the laundry room for 3 years have never been open if your fridge breaks down they give you an older one they never inspect there property even tho they say they do how I know graffiti of gang in the entrance and other places they were donated a soccer field witha wall to protect the ball from going into the streets they removed it cause they said it was ugly now these cars fly by with these kids playing soccer and the ball goes into the streets I can go on about a lot in this place just avoid it not worth the 1350 they charge every month more ... hide ...

I reside in 2508, where parking is unbelievably terrible. It's hard to go anywhere without having to park in a lot that's far away from my unit, even though we pay more than 1100 in rent. Furthermore, several of our neighbors have multiple cars, most of which don't even have valid tags, which should be a violation of the property's parking policy. We are charged for pest control every month, yet they've never inspected my unit even after my request. As a result, I have resorted to using essential oils to keep pests away. On top of that, management is very sluggish in solving issues. My friend, who also stays in the area, has had to endure extremely hot nights for weeks due to his AC not being fixed or changed. During the warmer months, at night, robberies and shootings occur frequently, making it even more difficult for me to park near my building coming back from work. Additionally, the water gets shut off here almost every other week for hours, generally at times that are different from what was initially announced in the memos. more ... hide ...
