She is still in the process of understanding the concept of income-based housing, however, she still finds time in her hectic schedule to make sure that her residents are taken care of. She and her team strive to get tasks done quickly and, when something can't be done, they make sure to give an update regarding the progress and when the job will be completed. What really stands out to me is her commitment to ensure that all of her tenants, regardless of their native language, are informed as much as she can make it possible. She goes the extra mile to get notices translated, so everybody living in the property is aware of what is going on, such as inspections, outside activities and upcoming events. This is especially relevant to my mother-in-law since Russian is her main language. This is not something that is required, but she really puts in a lot of effort to make everyone feel important.I suggest this place to anyone who is looking for a place for a senior person to stay.
