I love visiting Loftin Senior Luxury Apartments. The building is immaculate inside and outside; it has beautiful landscaping and secure entry doors for resident safety. There are numerous resident-led activities in addition to community-organized meaI love visiting Loftin Senior Luxury Apartments. The building is immaculate inside and outside; it has beautiful landscaping and secure entry doors for resident safety. There are numerous resident-led activities in addition to community-organized meals and events. The staff are rarely seen but are friendly when they are. The maintenance man is particularly helpful to both guests and tenants. There is a separate area for mail where the tenants can pick up their post from the postman and look through the bulletin board for upcoming events. The hallways always look freshly vacuumed and the tenants decorate their apartment doors with personalized touches. When visiting during meal times, you'll be overwhelmed by the smell of freshly cooked garlic and other ingredients wafting through the hallways as the tenants cook their own meals. You may also spot a resident or two with their pet outside for a bathroom break. If you're visiting in the morning, you may catch sight of a cat basking in the warm sunlight of one of the windows. Residents often walk the trails around the community for exercise, sometimes stopping to rest on the porch out back. The garden beds are bursting with flowers and vegetables.
