The property manager is a disingenuous and hazardous individual who uses her authority to intimidate and attempt to trick families into believing that she is doing them a favor. Keep your family secure when dealing with Rivermere and public programs. They will not do their job well, infringe on your rights and if you confront them about it, they will deceive you, make false claims, harass and discriminate, even though the program is meant to help families who are striving to make a better life. My family followed the terms of our lease, but management failed to process my paperwork within the required timeframe and simply said I hadn't submitted it. Public, keep your own records since people may lie to cover up the fact that they are not doing their job.
