The experience i had while trying to rent was amazing Meghan was helpful and answered all of my questions and i was approved ill b updating this review in a few months if anything changes

i had to relocate to Augusta due to my job I was very skeptical since i was unable to lay eyes on the apartment before paying fees and signing paperworkI have to say I was pleasantly surprised and my leasing agent Megan was absolutely such a help She i had to relocate to Augusta due to my job I was very skeptical since i was unable to lay eyes on the apartment before paying fees and signing paperworkI have to say I was pleasantly surprised and my leasing agent Megan was absolutely such a help She made sure everything went so smoothly through my whole move in She was honest in letting me know they were older and everything she described was just as I found when I arrived The apartments are older but you cannot beat the price and how big they are When I arrived on my move in day I was greeted by the staff and we did my walk through and I got my keys Couldnt be happier with how smooth they made this experience I will recommend them to anyone in search of a great price with lots of space and friendly staff more ... hide ...
