DO NOT MOVE IN HERE I lived here with my family for 2 years Ive lived in the small apartments as well as the town homes both are remodeled very cheap both will have mold growing in your restroom with in 2 months the small apartments have paper thin wDO NOT MOVE IN HERE I lived here with my family for 2 years Ive lived in the small apartments as well as the town homes both are remodeled very cheap both will have mold growing in your restroom with in 2 months the small apartments have paper thin walls while in those units I could hear my upstairs neighbors every step Also while I was living here we had one car broken into and then hit and totaled by a drunk driver as well as my truck had several times it was broken into and tried to steal it when asked about the cameras that oversaw my truck was told they didnt see anything and there was dittily squat they could do They have 1 dumpster for the whole complex that will be filled the day it is emptied by the city there is also a laundry mat on the property that has 4 washers and dryers that are broken 50 of the time The property manager is nice as well as the maintenance guysmore ...hide ...

I lived here for 2 years. I was looking for convenience to Hobby Airport where Im based, reasonable pricing, cleanliness, security, and a sense of safety. 5 minutes from Hobby was certainly convenient commuting back and I lived here for 2 years. On one occasion, I left for work and thought I had left my coffee pot on. I called the complex and Veronica answered. She personal went to my apt to check to see that it was shut off.I shared a 2br/2ba apt at a very reasonable price.Any work orders I turned in were handled promptly. The office was good at communicating if there was need for conversation regarding a work order.The grounds keepers are diligent in keeping everything looking tidy.Wiley is the Security Guard who is there without fail nightly until morning. No one can enter or exit the complex without going through the main entrance where he guards. The other entrance is locked during the time Wiley is there to provide further security and ensure that he is aware of the comings and goings of those who enter/exit the complex. He walks the complex nightly.My apt was roach-free when we moved in, and we were able to successfully keep it that way. Oftentimes, Ive seen people who live in apt complexes who are tidy and keep their kitchen clean from food being left out, but their neighbors arent. As a result, they end up with their neighbors roach infestation because the apt is poorly constructed. I never experienced a roach problem here, and am sure its because of sound construction, preventing neighbors roaches from entering my apt.There are plenty of laundromats in the complex and I never had an issue being able to get my laundry done.Overall, I would recommend this apt complex.Ive included photos of how I decorated my apt so you can have an idea of how my furniture fit, rather than just looking at model apt photos.
