My family and I have an immense fondness for living here. It is so tranquil, serene, and tucked away from W T C Jester. The village being diminutive offers me a sense of safety due to being able to recognize familiar faces. We had few issues with ourMy family and I have an immense fondness for living here. It is so tranquil, serene, and tucked away from W T C Jester. The village being diminutive offers me a sense of safety due to being able to recognize familiar faces. We had few issues with our unit, but Erika did her best to solve the problem. Our maintenance worker, Nelson, has become friends with my toddler and he always greets us. He's normally around, so I can just look for him in the pathways or by his work shed in case of a problem. Nelson lent a hand to my husband with moving furniture and he even aided me with a dead car battery and a faulty wire.Erika is aware of who my family and I are and she always makes us feel welcome and gratified. We have a toddler who loves to play outside and chat with the neighbors, who are very friendly. The park across the street is incredible and we spend almost every weekday there. The complex itself is small, with all the units close together, but we have never had any difficulties with privacy or noise. To sum up, I feel safe and content living here.Erika was especially extraordinary during the application and moving in process. We needed to move right away and she made it happen, while staying in communication with us. There were no hidden fees or such - the rental agreement and prices were very clear. We just re-signed to remain here at Forest Oaks for one more year!more ...hide ...

The place always looked nicely groomed with fresh flowers. The staff is always professional from the way they deal with you to the way they are dressed. I love love LOVE my apt! I have a huge patio, a huge kitchen complete with a built in bar that has an extra sink AND a wine fridge! I always get compliments on my apt when guests come over. I also like the apt is 100% free covered parking. Would highly recommend anyone trying to stay in the Heights for a reasonable price!more ...hide ...
