My family and I have an immense fondness for living here. It is so tranquil, serene, and tucked away from W T C Jester. We had few issues with our unit, but Erika did her best to solve the problem. Our maintenance worker, Nelson, has become friends with my toddler and he always greets us. He's normally around, so I can just look for him in the pathways or by his work shed in case of a problem. Nelson lent a hand to my husband with moving furniture and he even aided me with a dead car battery and a faulty wire.Erika is aware of who my family and I are and she always makes us feel welcome and gratified. We have a toddler who loves to play outside and chat with the neighbors, who are very friendly. The park across the street is incredible and we spend almost every weekday there. The complex itself is small, with all the units close together, but we have never had any difficulties with privacy or noise. To sum up, I feel safe and content living here.Erika was especially extraordinary during the application and moving in process. We needed to move right away and she made it happen, while staying in communication with us. There were no hidden fees or such - the rental agreement and prices were very clear.
