Horrible customer service. The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. She refuses to release any information including her name and the phone number to the corporate office. I sent a rental verification over last Horrible customer service. The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. She refuses to release any information including her name and the phone number to the corporate office. I sent a rental verification over last Thursday that I am still waiting for. She said she does not care and would not send me anything without a signature which I then provided and her new reason is that our rental verification does not match the name of our apartments as we recently went through a name change to our community. With as long as it€™s taking to receive this rental verification, I bet our property will change its name again before we ever get the rental verification back. I feel sorry for the residents here, just look at all the reviews they speak for themselves.more ...hide ...
