The new manager is far from being amiable. She never pays any attention to her residents' opinions and takes them as if they are unimportant. Everyone is very displeased with her taking that role. Everyone is very displeased with her taking that role. One of the many issues with her is that she lets the receptionist make changes without any thought of what the residents want. She is aloof and unfriendly, making people feel like a nuisance. She is rarely seen conversing with the residents, except when she is getting something to eat for herself. She speaks poorly of and mistreats the medical staff as if they are not part of the building's team, even though they do their best for everyone, be it a staff member or a resident, which is not acceptable. Dianne, if you are reading this, you must do and be better. Your attitude is hostile and impolite, thus you do not deserve to occupy this job. John might have had some flaws, however, he was kindhearted and had genuine concern for people. It's not your fault he got fired, but you have been inadequate in many ways in your dealings with people. Extremely unsatisfied with your performance. Treat people better, please. more ... hide ...

My mom lives at Lake Huron Woods and she loves it here She has lived here for almost 4 years and is proud to call this home Mom likes getting together with friends here to play games and cards She says it is like living on a cruise ship without th My mom lives at Lake Huron Woods and she loves it here She has lived here for almost 4 years and is proud to call this home Mom likes getting together with friends here to play games and cards She says it is like living on a cruise ship without the water And living here is even better since the new manager Diane got here Diane is very friendly and has made a lot of great changes During morning coffee hour Diane likes to stop by and visit and answer questions The holiday decorations are beautiful and a great improvement Mom really enjoys the holiday buffets they are delicious with a lot of variety The serving staff are friendly and helpful They know each person by name and want to provide a great dining experience The Activities Director provides a variety of indoor activitiescrafts bingo wine parties and trips to grocery theater and restaurants All of the staff including the office maintenance and food service are very personable and helpful Mom loves it here more ... hide ...
