Our HVAC system is supposedly original from the 80s and we had it flood our second bedroom multiple times, but all they did was bring us a fan and dehumidifier. The kitchen is also very out of date. As far as snow removal in the winter, there is none, so you can expect to take care of that yourself. Recently, they have done cosmetic upgrades, but we were only given two or three days' notice to move our stuff for the work. When they changed the windows and doors, they left behind a huge mess for us to clean up. Additionally, they power washed the exterior and left behind giant paint chips that they didn't even try to clean up. It is apparently our responsibility to take care of their mess. They also asked us to remove all our items from our balcony to paint, but those days passed and no painting happened. I have also had an experience with a maintenance staff member blatantly lying about coming into our apartment to take care of a problem. Maintenance also stops by twice a year to switch out the HVAC filters and check the fire alarms, but in the past three years, every single time I've been home, they have never tested the alarms. Only live here as an absolute last resort.more ...hide ...
Maintenance responds very quickly to any concerns Office staff exceptional Only issue is with the depth of the stairs to the upstairs apartments in the older buildings Not very safe since you cant get your whole foot on the steps
Place was very nice Management very responsive to any concerns we had The only ding would be that we were close to the recyclable bins but other than that the place was great
Management is amazing and responsive They strive to keep a safe clean living environment for all in the community Management is working hard to add amenities that add to the quality of the community
Looking for a low income apartment for myself brother and niece and our emotional support dog Need before April 30th when we need to move out of current apartment I can be reached at **phone#**hidden**
