The only thing nice about this neighborhood is the sidewalks and large grassy areas for my daughter to play The homes are small everything is outdated and the management is horrible This year I recieved my rent renewal 2 days before it was due Rent w The only thing nice about this neighborhood is the sidewalks and large grassy areas for my daughter to play The homes are small everything is outdated and the management is horrible This year I recieved my rent renewal 2 days before it was due Rent went up as always AND I was forced to find renters insurance all within 2 days If anything needs fixed in the house I wait days for someone to even come take a look Theyll do a quick fix and tell me it doesnt need replaced The dishwasher leaves residue the bath tub leaks the light in the kitchen flickers The list goes on and on They even advertise a tennis court which isnt true and the pool here keeps opening later and later each year Management is absolutely unprofessional It was an okay place when I moved in at 20 years old but for any real adult especially families I highly suggest looking elsewhere It is not worth the money or hassle more ... hide ...
