I dont think I should have to pay more for an apartment so others should pay less. Im basically paying into their rent. Has tall ceilings, several huge windows in each apt. for a lot of sunlight, and central air and heat. Apartments also have some nice features of the old school it used to be like chalk boards and the original hard wood floors.
