I dont think I should have to pay more for an apartment so others should pay less. Im basically paying into their rent. Bad managment and practices there. Id rather pay 1200 for a better managed and equal footing property. If you look at serveral review sites the people paying less are ruining your facility and its image. I understand its recently changed hands. Has tall ceilings, several huge windows in each apt. for a lot of sunlight, and central air and heat. Apartments also have some nice features of the old school it used to be like chalk boards and the original hard wood floors.
