When I take my free month and a half of rent, due to their 24-hour policy, it will be quite interesting. Additionally, there is a serious rodent problem here that they are not acknowledging. To avoid feeling like you are giving lots of money to a merciless, uncaring, and unfeeling institution, search for a luxury apartment that truly meets that description. I am thankful that management resolved my situation and the maintenance team was kind enough to assist me, despite my broken foot, by moving certain difficult items. My suggestion to potential renters is to be sure to take a tour of the exact unit prior to moving in to guarantee satisfaction. The location, amenities, and staff at Grand River are all outstanding, and they really deserve credit for working to resolve my issue. Their staff are the best I've encountered in three years in Colorado.more ...hide ...

I lived here when Jason was the manager. He tried his best but really didnt take care of the things needing to be done. If there was a complaint he would take a look at it but nothing got done. I lived without a garbage I lived here when Jason was the manager. He tried his best but really didnt take care of the things needing to be done. If there was a complaint he would take a look at it but nothing got done. I lived without a garbage disposal for a year and a half because he never did anything about it.Since Mrs Heather has taken over everything has changed. Within an hour of finding out my garbage disposal did not work she had a brand new one ready and installed. Since she was so quick to fix it. I also meantioned that I had other things that were minor inconveniences in my apartment. She has come up to get them done without hesitation. All of the other apartments have air conditioners built in but my apartment has never had one (in the year and a half I have lived here) when I asked Jason for one I was pretty much told \"to bad\" I ended up with my father in laws old air conditioner. Half way through the summer last year it went out. We have been without it since, which is not good for little kids. As soon as Mrs Heather heard that my air conditioner did not work not only did she have her maintenance man Ross fix it, she had a New air conditioner ready to put into my wall the very next day. There was an incident where there was sewer water coming up in some of the apartments In another building. Mrs Heather and both of her maintenance men were here all hours of the day and night trying to get the problem fixed. They had no help from any of the plumbing companies because it was a holiday weekend. So instead of giving up they were all here digging the hole to help move the process along for the plumbing company. Although it took some time to get it fixed they never stopped trying to get what they can done.If you ask them to help with anything they are more than happy to help in anyway they can. My vacuum broke. I had mentioned to Mrs Heather and Ross (one of the maintenance guys) said he could fix it for me. Now truly that is not his job to take care of my stuff but he was more than willing to help me out. What Im trying to say is that Mrs Heather and her Maintenance team are truly amazing! They go above and beyond what they need to. It is truly appreciated. I am finally happy in my apartment and excited to see what other changes she has in store! Thank you for all you do Mrs Heather.more ...hide ...

They were able to fix my issue within a day while I was at work. Apartments are spacious and sizable compared to other apartments in the same price range. They each have a patio, dish-washer, washer and dryer. Otherwise unfurnished. Only potential problem with the apartments is a lack of elevator, making moving in a significant chore. Parking is okay, its free and there is always a spot open somewhere; however, it can be difficult to find a spot right by your building if your showing up after 7 pm. You can pay for a garage if you really need it. They are a pet friendly community and have decent walking areas for dogs. Property is kept clean. I personally have not had any negative experiences with fellow residents. Overall a lovely place to live that is competitively priced and has plenty of amenities and community events.more ...hide ...
