The personnel in the front office and maintenance staff are commendable. Our apartment is decently furnished and has an impressive view. However, we can't give it a five-star rating due to the serious problems with drugs, crime, and homeless people. The personnel in the front office and maintenance staff are commendable. My spouse encountered two individuals trying to snatch her catalytic converter from underneath her car. When she attempted to stop one of them, he drove over her and injured her when he made his escape. They are now putting locks on the buildings which should provide some help, but won't be able to keep people out of the property. Instead of attempting to solve these significant problems, the owner opted to renew a contract with the awful Midnight towing - a company that has a below-average rating because of their unpleasant attitude and PREDATORY practices. I wouldn't wish for my worst enemy to be towed by this company. I have yet to spot the security firm that was said to patrol the premises when we moved in. Instead, they are more concerned about cars with expired tags or parked in the wrong place. That should be the job of the police, not a towing company with criminal activities. This contract does more harm than good to the tenants. We urge the owner to rethink the contract. We would like to recognize the front office ladies and maintenance team for doing a great job. more ... hide ...

I love it here The office ladies are so helpful answer any questions i have Ive had no problems everyone that works here is so great happy I couldnt have asked for a better place to live
