If I could give zero stars I would first off my car was hit and run in the apartment lot Not their fault however management refused to cooperate with police regarding checking the reported license plate vs their parking pass records In addition I hadIf I could give zero stars I would first off my car was hit and run in the apartment lot Not their fault however management refused to cooperate with police regarding checking the reported license plate vs their parking pass records In addition I had moved to a new apartment on the 5th day of the final month of my lease that was ending on the 28th Management had decided to illegally enter my apartment and declare I had abandoned my lease lol considering we had emailed about the process 4 weeks earlier and went ahead and charged me an early termination fee of 2x rent 18 days before my lease was over without so much as a phone call They were not able to collect on these charges after my lawyer reviewed and disputed with their collection company so future renters be sure to document as it saved me over 2000nnIf youre wondering about the apartments just understand they are all the only game in town and they know it Thin walls no security obnoxious pricing with no amenities havent been updated evermore ...hide ...

Staff worked hard to move me when my neighbors were teaching ballet and gym in their 2nd floor apartment However I had to pay hundreds of dollars to transfer I had to reapply for an apartment and prove my income again
