Living at The Lydian has been incredible! With the new management, the building has been nothing but 5 stars. They host weekly resident events and are always looking to communicate with us. I understand why people leave negative reviews, as issues do occur that no one can control. Crime exists everywhere and managing reckless drivers is something even the police department can't manage (they're present in downtown Denver where there are numerous bars). Drunk fights happen anywhere, especially downtown, since most people don't drive. And while shootings have occurred outside of the building during my time here, none have happened inside or near it. Downtown Denver is known for its homeless tents and efforts to clean up the streets are ongoing. Management does a great job of keeping us informed about anything concerning the building; if a shooting happens off-site they won't communicate it because it didn't occur on-property. Rent increases will happen no matter where you live; due to inflation my first 500 sq ft apartment was $450-$500 monthly in 2002 whereas now I'm paying $1790 in 2022! Furthermore salaries were once very low compared to today's standards - so all things considered this previous review doesn't do justice to our amazing living space here at The Lydian! I love having access to The Welton Room & River Yoga right here at home too! more ... hide ...

The management here are delightful they are caring and personal The pool is exceptional and the pool parties were off the roof The grounds here are kept beautiful and people here are wonderful Thank you

I have lived at The Lydian about half a year as of now and I absolutely could not be happier The location is great for commuting to all parts of Denver as well as walkable to RiNo and the growing Five Points were located in The Welton Room downstairs I have lived at The Lydian about half a year as of now and I absolutely could not be happier The location is great for commuting to all parts of Denver as well as walkable to RiNo and the growing Five Points were located in The Welton Room downstairs is easy to grab a drink after work or go socialize when you work from home I was initially slightly concerned because after signing the apartments went under new management Im not sure what things were like before but Mari and Melissa have been insanely helpful and accommodating during my move and adjustment to my new home here Moving from out of state this is my first spot in Denver and I dont see myself leaving for a while I cant recommend the location or the building enough to anyone looking to make Denver or Five Points their home Theres always community events and with a smaller community than most complexes its easy to know most of your neighbors and make friends I love it here and feel cozy Lucky to have found it on my apartment search when I was visiting more ... hide ...
