The landlord had pledged to repair any damage from prior occupants, which should have been a warning sign. Another red flag was the upstairs neighbor banging on our car window and reminding us it was a non-smoking complex. On the day of our walkthrough, the same person knocked on our door and the property manager at the time shut it in her face. Throughout the past three years, different property managers have come and gone, but none were able to help us, despite the neighbor making noise at all hours. Seneca Weatherspoon PROMISED to help us, but then she gave up and said to contact the police. The state police showed up, but suggested we get in touch with MVAH Partners. So, I emailed them a few times, but received no response. Seneca became enraged when I went above her head, and now she has completely changed. Do not trust her; she will turn on you. She criticized us in front of the judge during the eviction hearing, mentioning the charities that had assisted us with rent payments when we fell behind. She no longer wants anything to do with our problems, so if you have any, best of luck. I give this one star, only due to the fact there's no option for a negative ten.more ...hide ...
