On Sunday, the electricity in my upstairs area stopped working and I couldn't reset the breaker. I called management right away and, in just over three and a half minutes, a man named Mark was at my door. In less than a minute and a half, he had my electricity up and running again. He isn't even officially employed by the management, but it was Sunday and the normal personnel weren't available. All in all, the time from when I called until the problem was fixed was less than five minutes. If Guinness World Records had a category for fastest response time by a maintenance man, Mark would be in it. Thanks, Mark, we really appreciate you helping out. Everyone has a right to their opinion, but not to the truth. I don't agree with everything, but I don't expect the manager to clean my bathroom or scrub my bathtub, like some people think. It's unbelievable that someone would complain about an ant! Come on, people, seriously? No, I don't agree with every rule, but I can tell right from wrong. To criticize and ruin someone's reputation for revenge is cowardly. Life isn't perfect and you'll run into problems from time to time, it's how we handle these issues that reveals who we are, not the irrational rantings some of you appear to be aimingmore ...hide ...
