It is discouraging that we are never late on rent, keep the property clean, and they still don't appreciate us. This is not the time to be raising rent when everyone is still struggling financially. Although we like the office staff, if you do not mind the rent increasing annually, then this is the spot for you. Our area is very quiet and we are happy to take care of the property, but they find reasons to avoid doing their part. We have to pay over one thousand dollars a month and are limited in what we can do. Are we going to be restricted from sitting on our porch soon? What about a fire, small pool, or having visitors, who will be towed if they park on the side of the road? Meanwhile, houses not even in the community can have parties and their guests can park in the neighborhood with no consequences. This place is only about making money. These apartments are fairly well kept. The drug problem seems to be getting better. No playground for children (like there used to be). It is low income housing.
