Renters beware This company destroys peoples credit and puts then in collections without 1st taking them to a court of law as required by the law within 45 days See mcl 554613 Tenants have 7 days to dispute Notice of Damages yet this company likes to Renters beware This company destroys peoples credit and puts then in collections without 1st taking them to a court of law as required by the law within 45 days See mcl 554613 Tenants have 7 days to dispute Notice of Damages yet this company likes to date these letters for moveout and NOT put them in the mailbox UNTIL the 7th day Know your rights They lost to my mom in Small Claims Court on 102219 and are forcing us to take them back to court for a Discovery on 1272020 as if they dont have the money to pay her But yet they expect renters to pay their bills on time my mom did for 8 years but yet they still have not paid the Judgement Take them to court and win back 3x your security deposit when they send you to collections and convert your property mcl 6002919a because I know my mom is NOT the only one more ... hide ...
