Lived here a couple years now and gotta terminate my lease they raised rent 400 out of no where theres been a few water and sewage leaks that they attempt to fix once and get no where They allow multiple familys to move sometimes over a half dozen I Lived here a couple years now and gotta terminate my lease they raised rent 400 out of no where theres been a few water and sewage leaks that they attempt to fix once and get no where They allow multiple familys to move sometimes over a half dozen Ive seen into these small apartments so theres a very high noise level musicyelling not a weekend goes by when tarpon springs police department isnt here with flashlights management wont answer the phone to deal with the issues or return a voicemail and shes never at her desk during normal business hours As of the last 6 months this place has gone into a despair its a shame because if ran correctly this place would be awesome Oh and beware they charge between 70110 a month for water and refuse prove your usage when asked Lots of shady and questionable stuff going on here lately more ... hide ...
