The property is well kept with great landscaping, friendly neighbors and an easy 2 min walk to main street. In addition, the property is situated between two really nice parks. Maybe the most underrated part of the property is how walkable the location is to great restaurants, rite aid, stop n shop and anything else you might need. Another bonus is the New Brunswick train station being closer than a mile away. Great for someone like myself that sometimes needed to go into the city for work.
