She never picks up the office phone, and I waited for 10 minutes while she was on a personal call on her cell phone. She told me I should call before coming in while I was processing my apartment application. I called multiple times and never got an answer. She closes early, is very rude and curt, and doesn't even look you in the eye when speaking. The hallways of the building are drafty, the floors are scuffed, and the halls smell terrible. There are homeless people living under the bridge where you park your cars. I contacted Alexis multiple times a day for a week and left emails for her every day just to be told that I make too much money hourly. She should be fired! The unit she showed me had terribly scratched wooden cabinets in the kitchen, and some units only have one window, which is a major fire hazard. They're only interested in collecting application fees. Do not go there for your living arrangements! more ... hide ...

First lets start off by saying this is such a beautiful building but it could use a little TLC The hours of operation is posted but the leasing office is never available to show an apartment Ive called for months trying to get in touch with them and First lets start off by saying this is such a beautiful building but it could use a little TLC The hours of operation is posted but the leasing office is never available to show an apartment Ive called for months trying to get in touch with them and no answer no call back Today I tried again and omg they answered I finally got a look at the apartment and I was a little disappointed Its has big beautiful windows great space but the place was a little dirty it smelled stale and the blinds wouldnt even open properly The secretary even told me that this might not be a clean apartment but we gonna see anywayher words exactly This business needs some help and a new manager or whatever she is more ... hide ...
