Go view the actual apartment theyre offering before moving or applying because they wont even refund the admin fee the tour is nice of course but the halls are dirty and sketchy as hell it gives section 8 for the price you can definitely find better

Need to move with a sense of urgency due to having to vacate my current apartment due to renovations I call this place 7 times and no answer just as the previous reviews stated Definitely not a great first impression

I was keen to live here, but had doubts based on the reviews I read about the uncooperative and unprofessional staff. These reviews were spot on. I had an appointment, and drove for an hour to get there. I had an appointment, and drove for an hour to get there. The sign said to call their office and someone would welcome me. I called multiple times, but no one answered, so I left a message. Later, they called back and said I could come and view the flat, so I told them I was on my way. When I arrived, I called again, expecting to be welcomed as the sign outside had said. It took another four calls just to get someone to answer the phone. Then they gave me the directions to the apartment I was viewing. I went there alone, and was very disgruntled that they didn't even come out to greet me or accompany me to the flat. The only positive thing I can say is that they were not deceitful or misleading about their helpfulness and friendliness. Thanks for being unhelpful and unresponsive from the word go; it saved me from potential disaster for the next year. more ... hide ...
