To terminate my agreement early, I would have to pay double the rent. This situation has caused me immense distress and it's clear the management has no remorse. The lack of management, poor maintenance of the grounds, and two rent hikes in the last year, added to the skyrocketing food prices, makes this place entirely unaffordable. It's a sham.
I have already contacted the office and they were indifferent to my problem. Additionally, it was difficult to reach them. I followed the link you provided and attempted to contact the Franklin Johnston Group, but their messaging system was malfunctioning and wouldn’t let me send my message. Furthermore, I sent an email to the Community Manager of Crosswinds, Timika Howell, but there was no response. Despite your reply, you have not provided a solution.
I will call the Franklin Johnston Group and will do anything in my power to have this decision reversed. This problem does not only affect me, but everyone here and it's obvious that you are not taking our financial instability into account.more ...hide ...
