Never had an issue with bed bugs, but there was a beehive that grew outside the balcony door that caused bees to enter the apartment. That was fixed immediately. Now, that I have built my own place, Im starting to see small problems with the area. The only downfall is whenever you need anything repaired, such as your air conditioning unit, they use an outside contractor to do the job. Had to get my air fixed today and it should have been a quick 20 minute job but it took over 6 hours to get fixed because the contractor could not contact or find our property manager bc shes never in the office and no one ever answers the phones. It wouldnt have been so bad but I do work from home and had my 3 year child was home with me and it got up to 83 degrees in our apartment and we were roasting. more ... hide ...
