I have lived in Cross lakes apts now for 6yrs I really havent had too many issues until last yr My ceiling over my tub was leaking It has been replaced and re patched several times now But no one had truly checked to see what was causing my ceiling tI have lived in Cross lakes apts now for 6yrs I really havent had too many issues until last yr My ceiling over my tub was leaking It has been replaced and re patched several times now But no one had truly checked to see what was causing my ceiling to falling in or leak Now last month I heard water dripping found out it water leaking on my furnace My bathroom ceiling had just been replaced and it was leaking and coming down again The maintenance man did found out that my neighbors hot water heater had busted and was able to turn off my neighbors water to stop the leakage on my furnace Well later in that evening the water was still coming out this time a lot faster I contacted emergency maintenance I have only contacted them once before I will tell you two different men same outcome They push back because neither one of them reside in AndersonIN For a family member to be visiting and talked to the maintenance man The water was on my furnace and it was cold so I did not want to turn my heat on My family member explained to him if it was your family or you you would be upset He did show up attitude and all He did stop the leakage and he admitted it was terrible I am disabled and I have a serious of health issues The maintenance men on the property are really nice There is mold in my bathroom ceiling and mold by my furnace I had to leave and let them let the mold I called an inspector I still have mold They hired a person to come and complete what needs to be doneI asked could someone let me know when he plans on coming I was told once they get an estimate they will I walked into my apt the man is there no heads up and I had to find somewhere to go Rent has went up an extra 9400 The stove is out dated microwave dishwasher they just replaced patio doors I still feel a breeze coming through my livingroom is the coldest room in my aptWe have new management and I feel they do not care at all they are very nonchalant about any issue you have I miss Old management even the person at the front office she was really good at her job I used to love it out here because it was peaceful and if you had any issues the woman in the front office was on itTerrible but these apts are not worth The price This has to be my last yr heremore ...hide ...
I have lived at Cross Lake Apartments for over four years now I have always enjoyed the office staff and the maintenance are very friendly and fix anything when needed The property is always kept clean and beautiful and the pool is very nice

Cross Lakes Apartments is a very clean and well kept community The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable while maintenance seem to have a quick response time and are very efficient The work out facility has pretty much everything youll need also Cross Lakes Apartments is a very clean and well kept community The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable while maintenance seem to have a quick response time and are very efficient The work out facility has pretty much everything youll need also very clean and kept at a nice temperature along with the laundry area The Pool is very big and always crystal clear They have a brand new playground that was installed in 2019 tennis and basketball courts with ponds surrounding the property that make this property its own ecosystem They have lots of options ranging from 1 to 2 bedroom apartments with or without washer dryer hookups and offer carports that are convenient for keeping vehicles clear from the outside elements I love being across the street from Payless making grocery shopping a breezemore ...hide ...
