I relocated here only a month ago and regret it deeply. When I took a tour, I was shown a nicely renovated apartment and was thrilled to move in. However, the price was changed two days before I moved in. When I came to get the keys, the apartment was disgusting with no window coverings, broken cabinets, dead bugs all over, one of the doors in the medicine cabinet missing, and a broken pantry. The carpet was new, but clearly no one had cleaned or repaired anything. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone as the phone number is never answered. The owner, Mark, was not able to handle the apartment complex, and although he said he would send me a gift card, he refused to lower my rent even though the place was in such a terrible condition and not ready to be lived in. I still have not received that gift card after 3 weeks. To make matters worse, I did not even have a toilet seat or blinds for three days after moving in. I had to scrub mold and sticky residue out of the cabinets just to use them, and it took several days to get those issues fixed. There are still other things that have not been repaired, but evidently, they do not care. To top it off, some drunk person damaged two cars' windshields the other night. Do not move here; it is a joke! The only positive note Imore ...hide ...
Nothing ever gets done when you tell them about the problems The buildings are falling apart Mold everywhere and they are trying to raise the rent to 625 for a one bedroom What a joke
