2021-10-01T20:56:49ZWhen the apartments were being renovated we decided to move out When we moved out my mother repeatedly emailed the landlord about modifying the water bill yet there was no response there was no response for THREE emails Then they mailed us a receipt When the apartments were being renovated we decided to move out When we moved out my mother repeatedly emailed the landlord about modifying the water bill yet there was no response there was no response for THREE emails Then they mailed us a receipt of all the fees we owed there was a load of unnecessary fees including but not limited to basic cleaning which we already did cleaning under the stoves how are we going to clean behind the stove when you cant move it out of its spot missing stove pans ice trays we never had these to begin with damage done to the apartment by the maintenance team etc The fees are ridiculous management is absolutely poor I would NOT recommend applying for these apartments because they are the WORST landlords I have EVER come across more ...

2021-10-01T06:17:29ZI have a very good friend who has lived at these apartments for well over a decadeand I know for a fact she is a good tenant The last few years I feel bad for her cause this apartment complex has really gone down hill Its not taken care of the outsid I have a very good friend who has lived at these apartments for well over a decadeand I know for a fact she is a good tenant The last few years I feel bad for her cause this apartment complex has really gone down hill Its not taken care of the outside its completely concept and looked awful the inside she keeps it clean but they have not painted it in over 10 years still the same carpet thats had for probably 15 years I would think that carpet that old would be a health hazard shes asking if they cant replace it if she can they wont allow her to do it and they wont do it so I was thinking lets just becoming a really bad place to live it looks like more ...
