I have a very good friend who has lived at these apartments for well over a decadeand I know for a fact she is a good tenant The last few years I feel bad for her cause this apartment complex has really gone down hill Its not taken care of the outsid more ...

Worst place to live in Rushville. Management are jerks. Maintenance is practically non existent not to mention they are very prejudice to all kinds of different people! Stay far away from this place.
