When the apartments were being renovated we decided to move out When we moved out my mother repeatedly emailed the landlord about modifying the water bill yet there was no response there was no response for THREE emails Then they mailed us a receipt When the apartments were being renovated we decided to move out When we moved out my mother repeatedly emailed the landlord about modifying the water bill yet there was no response there was no response for THREE emails Then they mailed us a receipt of all the fees we owed there was a load of unnecessary fees including but not limited to basic cleaning which we already did cleaning under the stoves how are we going to clean behind the stove when you cant move it out of its spot missing stove pans ice trays we never had these to begin with damage done to the apartment by the maintenance team etc The fees are ridiculous management is absolutely poor I would NOT recommend applying for these apartments because they are the WORST landlords I have EVER come acrossmore ...hide ...

Worst place to live in Rushville. Management are jerks. Maintenance is practically non existent not to mention they are very prejudice to all kinds of different people! Stay far away from this place.
