We moved in June of 2020 And moved out June of 2022 It took them nearly a year to fix my air unit that continuously went out I moved in without a door to my laundry room requested to have one put in and never received it The entire complex is infeste We moved in June of 2020 And moved out June of 2022 It took them nearly a year to fix my air unit that continuously went out I moved in without a door to my laundry room requested to have one put in and never received it The entire complex is infested with roaches so dont expect to move into a new home without bring them with Everything is cheaply done They paint over countertops walls and bathtubs when someone moves out The leasing office staff is rude Before the pool even opened they let a friend in and when we asked to get in they told us no This community is relatively trash If I could give them 0 stars I would The only thing that this complex is excellent on is their maintenance staff Ive always been greeted politely and theyve always shown 100 But other than that This place gets a 0 from me more ... hide ...

Do not move here Staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful building is ancient infrastructure is terrible and things are constantly breaking Amenities are unusable and very dirty We were not able to use them for months they were closed due to vandalism Do not move here Staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful building is ancient infrastructure is terrible and things are constantly breaking Amenities are unusable and very dirty We were not able to use them for months they were closed due to vandalism which in the email they sent was literally a paper torn off the wall Pool was open for maybe a month The poor people below me had a leak coming from our apartment for the entire year we lived here which was never fixed I was unable to use the bathtub which was never fixed Our apartment flooded twice Garbage disposal broke was fixed and broke again the next day Staff doesnt listen to you and talks over you like youre stupid Youll pay 200 a month for electric because the building is so old and inefficient In no way is this apartment worth what youre going to pay more ... hide ...

Since Shanda came here in January, she has tried to get a sense of togetherness for the residents by starting committees for socialization and new friendships. Jeff has always done repairs in a timely manner. If something wasnt done, then its probably because it was never reported to begin with. Its sad that one person can cause such a hostile environment for residents as well as visitors. I dont have bugs nor have I seen bugs so that tells me that maybe your apartment needs to be cleaned.
