She told me she had several flats up for rent, so I went to look at the one she was showing then. I paid a $90 application fee and was accepted to move in. I had discussed with her on multiple occasions that my current lease extended till May 31st. We had agreed that I would come on May 30th to sign the lease and she would call me once the contractors were done with the apartment so I could go and see the exact unit I was going to be residing in. I reminded her several times that I needed to vacate my existing apartment before June 1st and she reassured me it would be ready in time. I ended up calling her on May 14th when I hadn't heard from her yet to check if it was ready to be inspected. She then disclosed it would not be ready until June 30th because the first contractor was unable to finish it for some explanation and they had to find another contractor to complete the job, who hadn't even begun on that unit yet. I asked why she hadn't phoned me to advise me this so I could have made different preparations. Her response was, "well I'm informing you now". I was very angry to say the least, she then stated she was at a restaurant and didn't want to talk about it while she was there and that she would telephone me back when she returned to themore ...hide ...

The maintenance and repairs are left abandoned. Poor Management needs monthly inspections and pest control services. All apartment complexes should provide pest control service not optional
