This apartment complex is horribly toxic. The staff, mainly to women, are incredibly disrespectful. The inside of the units are falling apart and it was thought that a new management team had taken over and was getting things back in order. However, This apartment complex is horribly toxic. However, their communication skills and organization were still very poor because they use multiple third-party companies for maintenance. They mark work orders as completed without actually doing anything and when asked about it on the phone, they talk over you and make it seem like you're in the wrong. It's an awful environment for everyone involved especially residents who pay around $1600 for a half broken unit despite also having to deal with disrespect from the staff. It's detrimental to mental health so avoid this place if at all possible; there were even issues with overflowing bathrooms in my building for three months after I moved in!more ...hide ...

Traps, sprays, homemade remedies and calling in exterminators - nothing worked! Recently I visited my mom and sis again only to find the situation much worse with roaches everywhere. They said they have tried everything but maintenance won't help them out. Seeing so many of these creatures was disgusting that I decided against staying over there for the night and opted for a 1 star hotel instead! While working for 2020 US Census, I went around interviewing apartments & townhouses in that area only to find them in really poor shape; refusing even to go inside any of those homes. The complex needs to pay attention not just on making the external parts likeable but also ensure the insides are good enough for their current tenants. Despite being affordable in that region is why my mom stayed put here so long yet now it's time she moves since they have started charging more rent due to outside renovations. It's ridiculous how inhumanly people are treated here; no wonder why I am ready take this issue up on social media & news by providing videos & pictures along with proof of contacting maintenance who do nothing about it!more ...hide ...
