My parents have lived here for eleven years and my father maintained the property before he passed away; it used to be nice. The management has changed multiple times and the quality has decreased vastly. The trash is left everywhere, people sit out My parents have lived here for eleven years and my father maintained the property before he passed away; it used to be nice. The management has changed multiple times and the quality has decreased vastly. The trash is left everywhere, people sit out on their porches with their garbage, disrespecting other residents and speaking to the elderly in a hateful manner. Children are running around freely, pets are not on leashes, no one cleans up after themselves or those that live with them who aren't even legally allowed there. This is supposed to be a HUD facility for the elderly, handicapped and those with low incomes but instead it's just full of thugs, drug dealers and able-bodied people who can do better but choose not to out of laziness. I'm trying my best to get my mother out as many other great tenants have already left due to its condition; inspections need to occur immediately so it doesn't turn into a drug den which would be hard to fix afterwards.more ...hide ...
