I loved my apartment but was forced to move with the new management changes I started having issues with roaches It got so bad that I was awakened in the night with roaches crawling on my face and hands I advised the new management They did nothing TI loved my apartment but was forced to move with the new management changes I started having issues with roaches It got so bad that I was awakened in the night with roaches crawling on my face and hands I advised the new management They did nothing The noise level from other neighbors was awful Again the new management did nothing Most of the new maintenance did not speak English So when they came to your apartment for maintenance request they couldnt understand any instructions of what was needed The new valet trash service that we were forced to take only came once or twice a week The rest of the time the trash would just sit and you would end up taking out yourself anyway Then to add insult to injury they increased the rent by almost 400 per month This is not a good apartment community to call home Upon moving out I came across so many dead roaches it was disheartening See pics included below I am thankful I was able to move on from this horrible placemore ...hide ...

It seems like no one even cares that it looks so bad. This is also causing small bugs to come inside which was not going on before. Also, the washer and dryers do not work. It is frustrating to keep being told by the rent office that it will be fixed and its not. As residents, we shouldnt have to bare with the complex especially when we are paying our rent. Just like you guys want the rent, we want to be able to use washers and dryers that work and we also dont want to see spider webs everywhere. Also, the gym is also super hot with no AC flowing throughout. Our first month was great and that was about it. Will not be renewing. Its not worth what we pay. I loved it at first but I am really starting not too. I emailed my concern about the washer and dryer awhile ago and got NO REPLY, so please dont recommend that I email my concerns.more ...hide ...

Management has changed hands at least 4 times in 6 years and the upkeep of the complex has gotten progressively worse. 3 years ago, the ceiling in my bedroom collapsed. It was fixed, but Im starting to see the same type of cracks that I saw right before the ceiling fell down. I also now have a roach infestation (thanks to my next door neighbors). No one from Maintenance had been inside the apartment since the previous tenants vacated, so the infestation went unchecked for months. Maintenance response time is abysmal (they took 3 months to fix my ac last year.) so Ive taken matters into my own hands as far as fumigating and putting down poison. For the amount of money I pay for a one bedroom apartment, that just should not be the case.If I were in the position to move, I would do so in a heartbeat.more ...hide ...
