Everywhere else we looked for a two bedroom two bathroom was too expensive for us to afford, or they wanted additional sources of income from us. When she informed me about P.P.A., I inspected her apartment and was impressed. The only issue I had was the layout of the complex, apart from that we both loved the apartment. Sadly, the side she lived on wasn’t ideal as there were kids playing on cars and in the hallways, and dogs were not on leashes. Despite this, I applied as I knew this was within my budget. I asked the leasing manager if we could have a top floor and a peaceful zone. Soon enough, I was told I was at the top of the list and was approved for a two bedroom two bathroom on the tranquil side. We have been living here for almost a year now and plan to stay until we get a house. We are fond of our friendly neighbors, although we are not fans of the stray cats. For the most part, they don’t bother us. If you are looking for an affordable place with reasonable conditions, it is worth giving Palmetto Preserve a try. Who knows, you may end up liking it.more ...hide ...
