The Park at East Ponce made the move in process really easy GiGi was a great help for me The staff is friendly and that is what you seek in a community you want to call home

I wanted to wait until I wrote a review I must say that this is a hidden little gem My leasing agent was GiGi and she was wonderful She answered all my concerns in a timely manner and also helped me pick an apartment floor plan that she thought best I wanted to wait until I wrote a review I must say that this is a hidden little gem My leasing agent was GiGi and she was wonderful She answered all my concerns in a timely manner and also helped me pick an apartment floor plan that she thought best for me and my children Since I never went in to see the property Dont be fooled I can tell that the apartments are older and being remodeled Apartment is very quite and I love that the gate is working and can be operated through an app on your phone Floor plans are very spacious and coming from 2400 Square feet Apartment doesnt seem closed in at all They have handled all of my maintenance request in a fast and efficient way All of the staff are welcoming and professional And even left a little note welcoming me to the neighborhood My only concern is some neighbors are more tiddy than others and drop trash around but thankfully they have staff that clean the neighborhood every day including weekends more ... hide ...
