Ive rented a 2 bedroom apartment here at Spring Valley Apartments for over 13 years with my Mom Its an old Apartment Complex built in 1989 Dont expect it to perfect The maintenance crew does what it can to make improvements and since the rent went up Ive rented a 2 bedroom apartment here at Spring Valley Apartments for over 13 years with my Mom Its an old Apartment Complex built in 1989 Dont expect it to perfect The maintenance crew does what it can to make improvements and since the rent went up in Nov 2017 they have had more of a budget to make it better Well my vantage point haas changed since I wrote this review A neighbor has been knocking on the wall in my bedroom and its not really warranted I play music from my Home Stereo or PC Speakers not too loud and its in the afternoon on a Saturday or 830 PM on a Thursday evening Even playing my electric guitar on a 125 watt Orange Amp at half volume It certainly isnt reasonable when my Mom at the age of 90 years old has hearing loss and doesnt wear a hearing aid or amp more ... hide ...

Awesome affordable Great management and maintenance personell too Has a pool lounge area Located on main highway 60 but surprisingly quiet and secluded Very nice tenants as well Highly recomended
