My wife lived here for a few years and moved out in 2021 Valet trash was rarely picked up consistently We ended up having to file a complaint with Roswell Code Enforcement in 2020 because every time it rained it flooded the apartment Serious code vioMy wife lived here for a few years and moved out in 2021 Valet trash was rarely picked up consistently We ended up having to file a complaint with Roswell Code Enforcement in 2020 because every time it rained it flooded the apartment Serious code violation and they made excuses instead of fixing it They moved her into that apartment knowing it wasnt readyhad that issue as they replaced the flooring by the windownnThankfully once code enforcement got involved the issue was addressednnAvoid if you can If you already live here call city code enforcement to have them get their act togethermore ...hide ...
