All paperwork (including 3 months' rent stubs/offer letter, employment verification, bank statements, prior landlord information, etc.) needs to be ready beforehand. I applied one day and was approved the next. Don't go to the office without being prepared or this will delay the process. Move-in day had no problems. My apartment was clean and any required repairs were done before I moved in. After 3 months, I'm still waiting for my bathroom to be fixed, even though I have contacted management multiple times. It might be time to hire more help because this is not acceptable. more ...
